Over the past 20 years, I have been deeply involved in the corporate world, holding C-Level roles, including CEO and CMO, in international companies. My leadership experience also includes publicly traded companies, where I have worked at the intersection of finance, investor relations, and strategic communication.
Currently, I serve as the Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer (CCIRO) at Nomadar, a Nasdaq listed company with the symbol NOMA. My role involves shaping the company’s public narrative, managing investor relations, and positioning Nomadar within the global market.
My commitment to continuous learning led me to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where I pursued an Executive Program in Leadership & Strategy. Additionally, I spent a year developing a project for a technological startup at the MIT campus, gaining direct exposure to entrepreneurial ecosystems, business innovation, and emerging technologies.
This experience reinforced my ability to navigate high-growth environments, digital transformation, and corporate strategy in rapidly evolving industries.
Academic & Professional Credentials
I started my academic journey in the humanities, earning a Degree in Hispanic Philology from the University of Cádiz, where I developed a deep appreciation for language, culture, and the power of storytelling. This passion led me to explore drama and performance, studying acting at Estudio Internacional Juan Carlos Corazza, one of Spain’s most renowned acting schools, and later at Bernard Hiller Studio in Hollywood, where I refined my understanding of presence, storytelling, and high-performance communication.
Transitioning into the business world, I built a career in corporate communication, investor relations, and international business development. My work has spanned multiple sectors, including publicly traded companies, technology, and global markets.
As an entrepreneur, I founded my own company and expanded internationally, establishing offices in Los Angeles, Buenos Aires, and Spain. This experience allowed me to gain firsthand knowledge of scaling businesses, cross-cultural leadership, and high-stakes communication in global markets.
My professional expertise is backed by a strong academic foundation in leadership, innovation, and business strategy:
- Master of Science in Organizational Leadership – University of Cádiz
- Master’s Degree in International Trade – Villanueva University Centre – Complutense University of Madrid
- Executive Master in Innovation – EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial)
- Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organization – IE Business School
- Executive Program in Leadership and Strategy – MIT
Additionally, I am a certified executive coach (ECPC) by Erickson College and a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).
A Global Perspective
Having lived and worked in Los Angeles, Boston, Atlanta, Madrid, Hamburg, and the UK over the past 20 years, I have developed a global outlook on business, leadership, and corporate communication. My work has taken me across Europe, North America, and Latin America, giving me firsthand experience in international expansion, mergers & acquisitions, and executive leadership in multicultural environments.
This international experience has given me a broad and adaptable perspective on how businesses operate across different markets, industries, and cultural frameworks. Navigating diverse business landscapes has reinforced the importance of strategic communication, cross-cultural leadership, and agility in decision-making. Whether working with fast-growing startups, publicly traded companies, or multinational organizations, I bring a global mindset that helps bridge perspectives, foster collaboration, and drive business success in an interconnected world.
