Welcome, and thank you for visiting my page. This is a space where I share perspectives shaped by my day-to-day work as CEO Americas and Executive Vice Chairman of Nomadar (NASDAQ: NOMA), and by the ongoing process of building a company across markets, teams, and cultures.

Here, I publish reflections and updates connected to the company’s activity, its international development, and the responsibilities that come with leadership in a public and global environment. Much of what I write is grounded in real situations, decisions, and conversations that form part of the work itself, as well as in my belief in sport and technology as complementary tools for wellbeing, health, and long-term value creation.

Alongside this, I also share books, films, and ideas that influence my thinking around leadership, sport, technology, and building sustainable organizations over time. The aim is to offer an honest, evolving view of the work, the learning, and the perspective that comes from connecting people, disciplines, and continents.
